In 2014, Chef Rafaela launched Mrs. Potato as a small kiosk on International Drive. The concept was simple: handcrafted, fully loaded potato dishes inspired by Brazilian and Portuguese home cooking. Guests quickly embraced the bold flavors and warm hospitality.
